Our leadership team is made up of people who love Jesus, love our city, and are committed to serving with humility, integrity, and faith. Leadership at Iglesia Delta isn’t about titles—it’s about people. We’re here to guide, equip, and walk alongside others as we follow Jesus together. We believe, like Ephesians 4 says, that church leaders exist to equip the saints for the work of ministry—not to do it all themselves. That’s why we’re passionate about raising people up, calling out the gifts in others, and making space for new leaders to grow. Whether it’s on Sundays, in small groups, or behind the scenes, we lead by example—and we’re building a culture where servant-hearted leadership multiplies into more leaders.
